|I worked with the late Dr. William Maples in a remote area outside of Panama City, Panama on this project. The objective was to conduct an exhumation, while providing instruction on the proper collection and preservation of physical evidence.
|For approximately the last two decades, I have been involved in international forensic development and training.
|I delivered the address for an INTERPOL conference on questioned document topics.
|This project was in support of the former Yugoslavia war crimes trials conducted in the Hague. I was responsible for the collection, preservation and documentation of physical evidence pertaining to the massacre at Ovcara, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
|As a contractor, I met with Bolivian Attorney General Arturo Crespo (far right) and a member of his staff to discuss the location of the new U.S.-sponsored police forensic laboratory.
